Description

1903, built for Alexander Forbes Leith. Covered, detached squash court building, in vigorous crenellated and bartizaned neo-Baronial style. Harled with red sandstone dressings and finely carved inset healdic panels in Italian marble and sandstone. On S gable a carved Italian marble fountain basin inset in blind gothic window (white marble cusped tracery). Grazed pitched roof and clerestory windows. Lean-to along W wall containing bowling alley with concrete floor and timber ditches.
