Mid 19th century. Single storey, rectangular-plan, Picturesque cottage. Stugged snecked rubble, bull-faced ashlar quoins and window dressings, slate roof. Out-of-character modern window frames, deep eaves with exposed rafters, decorative timber struts at gables, coped end stacks rising through eaves.
W ELEVATION: out-of-character alloy door to centre, rustic gabled porch, window to left and right, modern rooflight.
N GABLE: 2 windows to ground floor, 1 to attic.
E ELEVATION: small addition.
INTERIOR: not seen.
