Description

Mid 19th century. 2-storey house with Tudor details,
elevations with shallow advanced gables with kneeler
skewputts and finials (one crow-stepped gable - may
indicate earlier work incorporated); wall-head dormer
heads similarly detailed. Stone-built, with ashlar
dressings; small-paned sash windows; slated roofs, prominent
chimney stacks with diamond flues. 3-bay entrance elevation,
inner doorway with renaissance-style pedimented head, 2
narrow lights above, projecting ground floor window in
gable at right.
