Description

Line opened 1869 by Greenock and Ayrshire Railway. Viaduct, 5
3 + 2 dry) arches over River Gryfe, single plate-girder approach
span to south over A761. Built of coursed bull-faced red
ashlar with channelled voussoirs and pilasters strips, band
course below parapet.
