Description

Earlier 19th century. 2 storeys. 3-bay house linked to 6-bay
block extending north westwards in L-plan along Church
Street. House is painted ashlar, dressings and droved gables.
South east elevation: central recessed door with 2 Ionic
columns in antis supporting entablature. Corniced bipartites
(later alteration) to ground floor: 3 1st floor windows with
cill course and panelled architraves with rosettes. Broad
angle pilasters; eaves course; cornice; end stacks and slate
roof. South west gable elevation has altered ground floor
below 3 corniced 1st floor windows (1 blind).
Block to Church Street is rubble-built with ashlar margins,
2 bays to south east all painted.
2 paired doors: plate glass sashes throughout: end and axial
stacks and slate roof.
