Earlier (?) 19th century. A folly. Octagonal. Coursers
in decorative banding. Corbelled crenellated parapet.
Unglazed slit windows. String course. Decorative door-
head; 2 shields bearing monograms. Circular interior.
Domed ceiling below platform roof. Formerly had turnpike
stair.
