Description

18th century. Single-storey, rectangular-plan cottage with painted rubble walls and slate roof. Attic windows in end gables. Chimneystacks on gable ends.

Statement of Interest

Part of group of buildings of a similar date in Rait. The previous listed building record, written in 1971, noted that this building had a thatched roof.

Re-categorised as C from B for Group in 2006, when the B for Group category was phased out. Statutory address and listed building record revised in 2021. Previously listed as 'Mr. Clark, Rait'.
