Early 19th century, 2 storey house with gable end to street, ashlar with raised cills, 3 window front, central 4 panelled door with bracketted lean-to roof. Ground and first floor windows in east gable, original
12 pane sashes except at ground floor front which are 4 pane. Slated roof with straight skews, moulded ends, ashlar stacks. Rubble garden wall with stone coping and original early 19th century railings with spear and iron finials, ashlar gatepiers with cornices and balls.
