Description

Main part mid 19th century. 1/2 storey and attic in fall of ground. Front 2-storey and attic, 3-window ashlar with rusticated quoins at angles, painted consoled cornices over three first floor windows, central door with bracketed cornice and two three light canted bay windows with crenellated parapets in sunken garden area. Two bowed

tripartite dormers. Blank white stuccoed gable, eaves cornice returns across it to single storey wing with painted margins and consoled bracketed cornices at double-leaf panelled door and two windows. Steps with railings to door, 4-pane sashes, further older range to north, stuccoed and lined out as ashlar with door and two windows reglazed. Slated roofs with straight skews and skewputts. Rubble garden wall with stone coping, good original railings with finials, hefty square plan gatepiers with low pyramidal cappings.
