Description

Early mid-19th century. 2-storey and attic (basement and
raised ground floor against side of hill), 3-bay cottage.
Rubble frontage, modern harling elsewhere, contrasting
painted reveals. Centre entrance, 2 flanking windows
approached by flight of steps oversailing entrance to
basement. Single raised basement window, single window in 1st
floor seaward gable; 2 late 19th century canted dormers; 2-
and 4-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; slate roof.
Modern single storey harled lean-to addition to S gable.
