Earlier/mid 19th century. Single storey 3-bay cottage with
steep piended roof. Rectangular (almost square)-plan.
Rubble-built with red ashlar margins and hood-moulds. South
elevation: central doorway with glazed modern door; outer
tripartites with painted mullions, and casements. Over
hanging bracketted eaves; (cut down) apex stack; slate
roof. Modern porch on west flank.
