Early 19th century. 3-bay terraced house, altered to serve as shop with pend. Creetown granite. Doorway flanked by square 19th century plate glass shop windows; plate glass fanlight. Pedestrian pend entrance to outer right. Grey slates; small skylights. Sandstone ridge. Cast-iron gutters.
