Description

Late 18th to early 19th century. 2-storey, 2-bay house, in terrace. Painted rubble. Painted margins.

N (SHORE STREET) ELEVATION: door in bay to left; letter-box fanlight. Regular fenestration.

E ELEVATION: adjoined to No 11 Shore Street (see separate listing).

W ELEVATION: adjoined to No 15 Shore Street (see separate listing).

Plate glass glazing in sash and case windows. Coped mutual skew to NW. Broad painted rubble stacks, mutual to E and W. Small purple-grey slates. Octagonal cans to E stack.
