Built in 2 phases second half of 18th century, but
remodelled early 20th century with glazed large shop front.
2 storeys, 4 (1 + 3) bays. Rubble-built with ashlar
dressings (some 18th century dressings on either flank);
painted, with contrasting margins. Corniced shop windows and
pilastered doorcase left (recessed panelled door with
fanlight). shop front fills remainder of ground floor.
Modern glazing at 1st floor. Bracketted gutter; straight
skews; corniced end and axial stacks; roofed with graded
slates. 2-bay E gable with full-height rear wing with end
stack.
Long adjoining range to Church Street not included in
listing.
