Mid 19th century. Single storey and attic, 3-bay farmhouse
with parallel steading range to W. Rubble-built with ashlar
margins, all painted. E elevation: central boarded door with
fanlight and sidelights; single window above in narrow
wall-head gable and in each outer bay; all 12-pane sashes.
Corniced end stacks; slate roof with projecting eaves.
Low porch adjoins either gable. Low rear wing; steading range
beyond is single storey and rectangular-plan with
square-headed openings and roof ventilators.
