Probably 1820-30. Picturesque Gothick single storey 3-bay
cottage with pointed openings. All built of whin rubble,
including arches, with regularly-spaced ornamental projecting
blocks. S elevation: central boarded door, sash windows with
astragals removed. Single window inserted in either flank.
Central axial stack, paired square flues with linking
cornice; piended slate roof.
Full-length rear addition.
Almost identical to Crunzierton.
