Description

Late 18th century U-plan steading. Outer face of west range with 4 cart openings in lower northern bays, block to south with loft over. Whin rubble with long and short ashlar dressings. Courtyard, all ranges formerly with lofts, variety of elliptically or segmentally arched openings some modern lintels. Forestair in east range to altered loft entrance, 1 swept dormer. Part slate, part pantiled roofs. Considerable

alteration for present use as riding school and stables sensitively executed.
