Circa 1860. 2-storey, symmetrical N facing house with
projecting N and S wings forming cruciform plan. Harled with
tooled ashlar margins and dressings. N front with projecting
centre bay with recessed porch under shallow 4-centred arch;
similarly arched windows light return flanks; jettied and
corbelled gabled 1st floor with centre oriel. Hoodmoulded
1st floor windows in set back outer bays barely break
wallhead under gablets.
Ground floor oriels in outer bays; canted ground floor window
in E gable.
Varied glazing; chanelled quoins; projecting margined flues
in centre of E and W gables terminating in corniced stacks;
slate roofs. Slightly lower wing to rear with jerkin-headed
gable.
