Description

Dovecote; 17th or early 18th century, beehive rubble dovecote
in 4 stages, with wide circular apex aperture as pigeon
entrance. 3 roughly dressed rubble rat courses and coping to
apex. Low entrance in east side; slightly sunken floor with low
ledge encircling base ledge from which 350 stone nesting
boxes rise to apex.
Walled garden; probably earlier 19th century square walled
garden with rubble walls with stone slab coping. Entrances in
north and west sides. The wall is broken near the centre of the
west length of walling to accommodate the dovecote.
