Probably J H Cooper, pre 1906. Single storey and attic, rectangular plan cottage with 2 porches. Harled with red tile roof. W elevation of 3 bays with flat-roofed porch a centre, tripartite to left and single window to right.
Gabled porch to left of N side elevation. Stack emerging from roof pitch at rear. Flat-roofed dormer to W, in timber with leaded sides.
