Dated 1813. Single storey and attic, symmetrical 3-bay
front with centre door. Harl pointed rubble, tooled
dressings, painted margins to 1st floor windows. Datestone
with Sutherland/Stafford arms above door. 3 gabletted
dormers break wallhead; 4-pane glazing; end stacks, slate
roof.
Lean-to single storey stable partially abuts east
gable.
Built at the cost of $580.
