Later 18th century, doubled in size in mid 19th century.
White washed rubble with ashlar margins.
Original 2-storey and attic, 3-bay house fronted by slightly
wider further 2-storey 3-bay range, creating double gabled
dwelling. Centre door in later frontage in slightly advanced
gabled centre bay defined with ashlar margins and
terminating with apex stack to right later ground floor
ashlar canted bay window and to left later (enlarged)
bipartite. Slightly advanced margined flues rise full height
of E and W gables serving corniced end stacks.
Rear (original) block with paired piended dormers now facing
roof valley, rear centre projecting gabled stair well and
scroll skewputts. Later entrance with porch in W gable; 2
ground and 2 1st floor windows in E return gable; mainly 12-
pane glazing; slate roofs.
Single-storey and left whitewashed rubble steading range to
rear; slate roofs.
Former Church of Scotland manse erected during the
incumbancy of Rev. John Fraser, Minister of Kilmorack Parish
1769-1804.
