Description

L Bisset 1902. Arts and Crafts timber frame revival
waiting room. Single storey, 3-bays, with 3-gabled
projecting barge boarded canopy supported by rustic
bracketted wooden columns, rustic barge boards and
decorative wooden finials. Tripartites with multi-pane
glazing in upper lights flank centre door, and fill end
gables; corniced centre stack; slate roof; barge boards
and gable end finials.
Interior; 2 waiting rooms, both pine lined.

Statement of Interest

Sutherland Railway established 1870-1 Duke of Sutherland.

Dunrobin Station appears as "private station" on 1st ed.
