Mid 18th century, symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay house with
centre door. Harled rubble. Small 1st floor windows close to
eaves; later 4-pane glazing pattern; coped end stacks with
"thack stanes"; slate roof.
Single storey, 4-bay, white washed rubble byre range extends
from SW gable; corrugated iron roof.
Stands by former military road constructed under direction
of General Wade along the south shores of Loch Lochy,
completed circa 1735.
House served as inn by 1776.
