Mainly early to mid 18th century small mansion, U-plan open
to south, rubble-built with chamfered openings. Central block
2-storey, 5-window, 1st floor windows taller than at ground
floor. Centre crowstepped wallhead attic gable with panel and
margined and corniced stack, mid Victorian crenellated porch;
crowstep gabled slated roof with similar end stacks. Two
window gabled outshot centre back (skews gone), single-storey
lean-tos at back with roundel features, that on right
connecting to gable with ball-finial and similar roundels,
one at apex. Single-storey advance wings to front, that to
right (east) perhaps 17th century with steeper roof, one
window to forecourt and one window at gable unfortunately
enlarged. Lower wing to left (west) with lower pitched roof
unaltered, 3 windows to court. Both wings have straight
skewed front gables, square finials with moulded tops, male
(right) and female (left) busts at skew ends looking onto
forecourt. Reglazed almost throughout with 2-pane sashes.
