W ELEVATION: gabled porch at centre; door to left return and window to W. Regularly disposed fenestration; taller windows at ground.
S ELEVATION: long single storey byre range adjoined, with various openings to W and E.
E ELEVATION: gabled single storey jamb at centre; window to N and S; gablehead stack. Lean-to continuation of byre range to left.
N ELEVATION: blank.
4-pane glazing in sash and case windows. Ashlar skews to porch. Coped harled gablehead stacks. Thackstanes. Small grey slates.
The building is unoccupied and in a poor state of repair (1990).
