James B Dunn, circa 1907. L-plan main block, with lower W wing forming T-plan to rear. Single storey; harled; slated roof. Simple timber entrance porch in NE angle; N gable roof swept over wallhead, canted bay below; jerkin roofed E (road) jamb. Wallhead stacks to rear.
Curved and stepped rubble-built enclosing walls with ashlar coping; pair simple piers with ball finials.
