2-storey 5-window, quoined ashlar, with centre and end
bays slightly advanced. Centre bay has tripartite window
at 1st floor, pediment with Robertson coat of arms, R-
doric column door piece with segmental fanlight below.
Finely executed throughout. Good interior with notable
drawing room ceiling. (c. 1820).
A more expensive variant of Balnakeilly (1821) in
Moulin Parish to which it has many similarities in
plan and detail. The architect may have been Charles
Sim who is described as being at Balnakillie in
Heritors' Records of 1827.
