Description

One of a series of three near-identical churches, the others being at Garrabost and at Barvas. Presumably - like these others - a United Free church originally, of circa 1910.

Piend-roofed large box-type, with tall and narrow round-arched lighs, 5 x 3 bays, entrance on west flank, a wide arched doorway set between the windows, wall-head belfry over. All dry-dashed, painted ingoes, slated roof with simplified axial ventilator; modern glazing. Vestry/session house on east flank.

Inside, gallery on west wall, supported on cast-iron columns, pulpit opposite with arcaded panelled front.

Perimeter wall, mostly rubble, dry-dashed at west.
