Bridgend, stone consoled balcony with low wrought-iron

parapet, 'WAR MEMORIAL INSTITUTE' in good cast-iron Victorian

lettering, broad-eaved slated roof 2-storey back wing with 2 dormer-heads, single-storey office wing.
