Probably 1815/1820. Small cast-iron dry bridge spanning
driveway which runs through stone-lined cutting to rear of
Hafton House. Unpierced horizontal beams (approx 10' span)
with lattice-patterned struts and ties; decorative cast-iron
balusters (a standard pattern commonly found on early 19th
century staircases).
An unusually early cast-iron bridge, probably the earliest in Argyllshire.
