Probably John Burnett, dated 1882. Single storey and attic, Baronial lodge. Squared and snecked sandstone with polished sandstone ashlar and dressings. Crowstepped gables; broken pedimented dormerheads; ashlar mullions and transoms. Advanced eaves.
AVENUE ELEVATION: 3 bays; dormerhead window to outer left, pediment. Round-headed door to right, roll-moulded arrises; rope-moulded hoodmould, crowstepped gable breaking over; plaque with PBS monogram at centre, 6-panelled door with semicircular fanlight over. Bowed window advanced to outer right; transomed and mullioned window at centre, single windows flanking; ashlar parapet raised to crowstepped pediment at centre, armorial plaque at centre.
ROAD ELEVATION: narrow prow-shaped bay advanced to outer right,
2 dormerheaded, pedimented windows; dormerheaded window at centre to left, crowstepped gable; tall shouldered stack in valley to right.
Plate glass timber sash and case windows. Grey slate roof, red terracotta ridging; tall wallhead and apex stacks, ashlar corniced cans.
