Description

Original E. part perhaps mid 17th century reconstructed 1750 (dated) altered early 19th century and again completely reconstructed and raised late 19th century, 2-storey and attic with masonry dormers; attached at W. end 2-storey (low ground floor, tall 1st) 4-window piend-roofed block with quoin angles, also raised slightly with dormers; corresponding detached block on W. unaltered, linked by single-storey late 18th century wooden verandah (symmetrical wings of incomplete scheme for mansion-house perhaps c. 1745/50, centre block and links not built). Low 2-storey L-plan 6-window stableblock on W. with 2-storey house attached. All harled and whitewashed with margins.
