Late 18th century. 2-storey 3-bay house. Roughly squared and coursed rubble, painted raised margins. Door at centre with 2-pane strip fanlight, windows flanking at ground. 3 windows to 1st floor, 2 flat roofed tiled dormers. Sash and case windows with 4-pane glazing pattern. Red pantiles, coped skews and ashlar stack to E; raised skew and mutual stack to W. Low rubble wall enclosing garden.
Quoins suggest that the house was a single storey cottage, later raised.
