Description

Rubble-built wall 1849-62 period, part retaining with piers
at intervals surmounted by boulder finials and:-
Shouldered flat archway-bridge with curved stepped side
walls. 'SALVE' at parapet. Rock-faced masonry in even
courses.
Rusticated gateway with windows to either side, round arched,
and balcony over. Curved side walls contain stairs.
Round arch flanked by consoles, surmounted by Swan.
Wrought-iron gates.
