Description

Built circa 1870. Castellated picturesque folly built above
steep slope; west-facing semi-circular turret flanked by
lower screen walls. Rubble built with ashlar dressings and
copes. Tower is crenellated, with dummy machicolations,
flanking walls plain; flat open area to east.
Approached from below (west) by stone steps; retaining wall
with ball-finialed circular pier.
