Circa 1875. Single storey with attic T-plan gabled cottage with single storey stugged later service additions to E. Squared and snecked, bull-faced sandstone with dressed quoins and margins. Simple bargeboards with kingposts.
W (PRINCIPAL) ELEVATION: projecting gable at centre, small window to left at ground and window at centre in gablehead, boarded timber door with 2-pane fanlight on return to right; windows in bays to right and left with dormer windows over outer bays.
E ELEVATION: gable to left with window at centre ground and single storey extension with window to right below cat-slide roof.
4-pane glazing pattern in timber sash and case and casement windows. graded grey slates. Coped ashlar stack with clay can, plain bargeboarding, drop finials and exposed eaves.
The Cottage is part of group with Bendameer House and Lodge.
