Description

Presumably by H M Wardrop of Wardrop and Anderson, circa
1886. Symmetrical lay-out of renaissance piers to S of
Hoddom Castle. Ashlar-built square piers with diamond panels,
rosettes and cornice; some piers have ball finials, some have
gabled heads.
