Frank C Carruthers of Lockerbie and Dumfries, 1900.
Brick-built double-villa. Single storey and attic, 2-bay
houses, paired inner doors, 2-light wallhead gable over.
Decorative eaves. Modern doors (original tall fanlights) and
glazing; end stacks; slate roof with red ridging tiles.
Brick-walled front gardens to roadside.
