Description

Pair of earlier 19th century houses of squared granite.

2-storeys and basement. Paired central doorways with deeply

recessed doors; dividing jamb monolithic granite. Single

light windows flank doors. 3 windows to 1st floor. No 1 with

modern glazing, no 3 with 4-pane sashes.

Corniced axial wallhead stacks, flat skews, slate roofs.

Rubble gable walls.

REAR ELEVATIONS: No 1 roughcast, No 3 painted. 3-bay, windows

as above except bipartite to centre bay 1st floor. Important retaining/boundary wall to No 1 at street.
