Description

Centre block c.1783 for Harry Lumsden, advocate Aberdeen.
2-storey and basement 3-window squared granite with margins
to S. front, early Victorian arched and keyblocked porch,
square stair projection at back, piend roof, coped chimneys;
set back wings, E. wing c.1800 2-storey 3-window squared
granite with margins to E., harled S. gable with large
chimney, irregular fenestration with arched and elliptical
windows and conservatory; W. wing 1969 on site of old low
wing.

Statement of Interest

Bought from the York Buildings Company (which had acquired

the forfeited Panmure estate) 1782.

Now (1984) convert into flats.
