Early 19th century. 2-storey and dormerless attic, 2-bay
house (probably formerly half of 2 x 2-bay house with gable
end to sea. Rendered and lined as ashlar, contrasting painted
margins. Entrance with flanking window in W elevation. Single
ground, 1st floor and diminutive gable attic windows; 2- and
12-pane glazing. Coped end stacks; corrugated-asbestos roof.
