Earlier 19th century. 2-storey, 3-bay farmhouse. Droved ashlar with polished dressings and rusticated quoins. Central panelled door with cavetto reveals and fanlight, set in columned doorpiece. 12-pane sashes; cill course to 1st floor. Narrow eaves band. Shouldered and corniced end stacks on shaped bases. Piended and platform slate roof. Single storey, 3-bay wing extends to north in T-plan. Single storey courtyard steading with lofts to north, mostly rubble-built, taller central and outer bays of symmetrical west elevation are droved ashlar: round-arched pend to central bay below square loft opening and segmental pediment:
large rectangular opening slapped in left bay and other openings altered. Slate and asbestos roofs.
