Early 19th century, with alterations. Principally L-plan block with rectangular block projecting into court and low octagonal horsemill to north. Single storey with lofts. Whin and sandstone rubble with droved ashlar dressings. 2 round-headed openings (1 blocked with water-trough in front) on short east wall of L-plan block: openings to courtyard all segmental-headed carriage arches or square-headed doors and windows: single piend-roofed and slated loft opening. Pantile roofs throughout with some slate easing courses.
