Description

Build 1819-20. Symmetrical 2-storey 3-bay classic house over
raised basement. Droved ashlar with polished dressings.
Entered from south: steps with simple iron hand rail
spanning area lead to recessed, central, round-headed door
with fanlight, and pilastered doorcase. 12-pane sashes.
Continuous band course over basement; eaves course and
cornice. Corniced end stacks and piended slate roof. 2 bays
to east and west elevations. North elevation: basement door,
tall central stair window below inserted oculus (1908) and
irregular glazing.
