(Edinburgh) Compact baronial house, 2 storey snecked rubble
and ashlar, slate roofs. 3 window gabled east front, dormer
head with finial to left, crowstepped gable wing with finial
to right, slender stone stack in angle, entrance porch
recessed under bracket mouldings; 2 window twin crowstepped
gable south front, finials, chimney in valley, moulded string
over ground floor, corbelled corners over rounded ground
floor angles. Original sash glazing, single storey gabled
wing at rear.
