1581 for David Barclay main block of 3-storeys reconstructed and reduced in height as steading after 1840, 4-storey jamb 22' square with angle turrets and circular angle stair tower entire rubble-built with freestone dressings and slated. Rich doorpiece dated 1581, 1607 dormer head inserted in panel above. Painted ceilings 2nd and 3rd.
