Mid 18th century, 2-storey , regular 4-bay W facing house.
Harled front and rear elevations, white washed rubble gables
and extensions. Entrance in 2nd bay left, masked by later
timber gabled porch. Small windows with 4-pane glazing. End
and centre ridge stacks; slate roof. Later lean-to single
storey extension at rear. Single storey gabled steading
ranges and byre extend north and south from each gable, also
with slated roofs.
Built on line of Wade military road (circa 1730) now the A82.
