Mid 19th century, possibly A & W Reid. Single storey, 3-bay
gabled gate lodge. Tooled rubble, tooled and polished ashlar
dressings.
Centre entrance into shouldered lintel; at left projecting
canted (triangular) window with bipartite in each of 2 faces;
bipartite at right of entrance. 2-bay rear wing with
secondary entrance. 8-pane sash windows. Crowstepped gables;
corniced end and ridge stacks; slate roof.
