Description

17th century. Single storey former smithy. Random
rubble with pantiled roof. Walls now sunk below ground
level. W gable with small square light to W gable. Blank
N elevation.
S ELEVATION: doorway to outer left, breaking eaves with
swept roof. Projecting bay to outer right with cat slide
roof continuous with main pitch. Timber mullioned
bipartite and small light to the centre. Gable wall stack
to E.

Statement of Interest

Currently used as shop premises. Masonry features some

large boulders and is heavily pointed.
